Intervention methods

For each of its interventions, Kimberley determine beforehand and in agreement with its customers:

– The objectives to be achieved;

– A  timeframe for the realisation

– The conditions of the remuneration.

Every mission is defined in detail and is adapted to specific customer needs. An interlocutor is dedicated to each project and ensure the overall coordination by ensuring surround themselves with the necessary skills.  With the customer’s agreement and if so, it uses external consultants, lawyers, tax experts or auditors. This way of working ensures complete unity of action.
