History of the group

Our current Group Chief HE Hamilton Houphouet-Boigny has combined the functions of roving Ambassador and Special Advisor for several Head of States in Africa, Europe and Asia. He has extensive experience in supporting negotiation of contracts on complex commercial transaction and in the management of natural resource revenue. He first founded Lobbyist republic in Paris, a company dedicated in lobbying around trade & financial negotiations. This was the first Lobbying cabinet ever created to support African interests. As the Company grew steadily and profitably from a booming demand, it soon became accredited by the EU and opened regional offices in Senegal for Africa, China for Asia and Belize for southern America.

This has allowed the firm to become truly global while staying close to local matters.

Steadily in order to answer to the customer’s demand on corporate trade, merger & acquisition and other financial arrangements. In 2015 Lobbyist Republic transformed to Kimberley Bank, Kimberley Mining Commodities and Oils was created at the same to help mobillise African natural resources.

In 2016, Kimberley Capital holding is created to frame the different activities of the group.
